The ST2253A digital four-probe tester is a multi-purpose and intelligent comprehensive measuring instrument that uses the four-probe measurement principle to test the resistivity/block resistance of materials.

The design of this instrument complies with GB/T 1551-2021 "Determination of Resistivity of Silicon Single Crystal - Straight Row Four-Probe Method and Direct Current Two-Probe Method" and GB/T26074-2010

The national standard "Measurement Method of Resistivity of Germanium Single Crystal Direct Current Four-Probe" and the American standard ASTM F1711-96 are used to determine the thin-film resistance of thin-film wires for professional flat panel displays by the four-point detection method.
