I. Overview of Functional and Structural Features

Basic Function: The ST2258H metal mass resistivity tester is a multi-purpose comprehensive measurement device that professionally measures the (mass) resistivity/square resistance of metal foil samples based on the principle of the parallel four-knife method (four-terminal method).

The basic components: The testing instrument consists of ST2258H mass resistivity tester (main unit) +SZT-H1 test bench (parallel four-blade electrode) +ST2258H mass resistivity test PC software and other units.

In accordance with the standard: "GBT 5230-1995 Electrolytic Copper Foil Appendix C - Electrical Performance Test Method - Mass Resistivity Test Method", and in reference to "GBT 3048.2-94 - Electrical Performance Test Method for Wires and Cables - Resistivity Test for Metal Conductor Materials"

Advantages and features: This testing system is equipped with PC software, making parameter setting, data testing and other operations simple and clear. It is fully functional, including data testing, collection, editing, saving, printing and historical query.

This system can be operated either online with PC software or offline as an individual instrument, featuring simple and comprehensive functions.

Application scope: This instrument is suitable for testing the mass resistivity/resistivity/square resistance performance of metal foils in metal foil and film material factories, capacitor factories, scientific research units, colleges and universities, etc. It is also applicable to the resistivity and square resistance tests of thin films, thin-layer conductors and semiconductor materials using the parallel four-knife method.

2.1 System measurement range and resolution

(1) Mass resistivity/Resistivity test range (taking the SZT-H1 test bench as an example

(Thickness d<2mm, width w<50mm)

Basic resistivity measurement value: 1.0×10 ^-6to 1.2×10 ³ Ω*cm

Resolution: 1.0×10 ^-7to 1.0×100 Ω*cm.

(2) Square resistance test range * (taking the SZT-H1 test bench as an example)

Measure film width: 1mm≤B≤50mm

Basic square resistance measurement value: 1.0×10 ^-6to 1.2×10 ³ Ω/□

Resolution: 1.0×10 ^-7to 1.0×100 Ω/□.

2.2 Parameters of SZT-H1 Test Bench:

⑴ Voltage blade spacing: 20mm±0.2%, blade length 60mm

⑵ Current blade spacing: 70mm, blade length: 60mm

⑶ Test bench external dimensions: 360×200×240 (length × width × height)

2.3 Parameters of ST2258H Tester

⑴ Power supply voltage: U=220V/110V±5% is optional, f=50/60Hz.

(2) Power efficiency: ≤ 30W

⑶ External dimensions: 220×245×105 (length × width × height)
