How Aluminum Chip Briquetter works:
The metal chips are fed into the large bin of the cake press through the feeding device, the feeding cylinder sends the material into the die, then the sub-cylinder drives the piston rod of the main cylinder and the punch to press down rapidly, and when the punch enters the die cavity, the slow pressure is turned to press the material into high-density cakes. Then the main cylinder rises slightly, the pushing block cylinder retreats, the main cylinder descends quickly to press the cake out of the die cavity, the pushing block cylinder pushes out the cake and resets, and finally the sub-cylinder drives the punch to rise to complete an action cycle.

1. Main machine: It is composed of frame, main hydraulic cylinder, pushing hydraulic cylinder, bottom plate hydraulic cylinder, supporting mold frame and mold, pressure head, etc. The upper and lower beams of the frame are usually made of integral steel castings, which are connected by columns to bear the working tension.
2. Hydraulic station: It is composed of motor, hydraulic pump, pump protection device, professional control valve block and pipeline system to provide power for the equipment. Some of them are also equipped with cooling system to prevent the oil temperature from overheating.
3. Console: It is composed of electrical system and PLC control system, which can realize the precise control of the action sequence and time of the equipment, and the operation is convenient and fast.
