Hydraulic Briquette Press Machine Briquette Equipment

Hydraulic Briquetting Machine (also known as aluminum scrap briquette press/briquetting machine) is a special equipment for processing aluminum processing waste. Its core function is to compress loose aluminum scrap into high-density briquette, which is convenient for recycling, transportation and smelting.

Core usages of Aluminum Chip Briquetter:

1. Volume compression: The fluffy aluminum scraps (density is only 0.2 ~ 0.5g/cm ³) are pressed into briquettes with density of 1.8 ~ 2.5g/cm ³, the volume is reduced by 60% ~ 80%, and the storage and transportation costs are greatly saved.

2. Deoiling and environmental protection: synchronously separate the cutting oil/emulsion in the aluminum chips during pressing (the deoiling rate is more than 80%), reduce the waste liquid pollution, and the recovered oil can be recycled.

3. The smelt efficiency is improved: the oxidation Los of the aluminum scraps after briquette pressing is reduce from 15 to 20% to 5 to 8%, the melting speed is accelerated by 30%, and the metal recovery rate is remarkably improved.
