3000T Upcasting Furnace

1.Production Process:

The production process of the 3000T Upcasting Furnace is closely integrated with the Oxygen-Free Copper Rod Line and SCR Copper Production Line. Specifically, it starts with cathode copper (electrolytic plate) being fed into an industrial frequency induction furnace (melting chamber - transition chamber - holding furnace) for melting. After that, the molten copper is conveyed to the Upcast Continuous Casting Machine, which is equipped with a Continuous Casting Wheel System to realize top-drawn crystallization profile forming. Finally, wire collection is completed, and the finished products are put on the market or further processed. This entire process is a core part of the Oxygen-Free Copper Rod Line and SCR Copper Production Line, ensuring stable and efficient production.​
