Tube drawing machine

1. Application

This equipment is a professional Hydraulic Cold Drawing Machine, applicable to the drawing (drawing, cold drawing, polishing and drawing) processing equipment of metal tube (bar). As a practical Hydraulic Drawbench, it is widely used in metal pipe and bar processing industries. With high-precision processing capability, it also belongs to mature High-Precision Tube Drawbench. This equipment can be matched with automated feeding and discharging equipment to form a complete Automated Rod Processing Line.

2. Operation mode

One end is shrunk (indenter) and then stretched into the central frame of the drawing machine by hand. After being pneumatically clamped, the chain hook is used to pull the chain. During drawing, the vibration of the machine body is required to be small, the drawing speed is uniform and stable, and the best precision of the finished product after drawing is achieved, so that the surface of the finished product is even and smooth. Generally, the above requirements are achieved after drawing. The stable mechanical structure ensures low vibration and high-precision processing of the High-Precision Tube Drawbench, effectively improving the finished product quality of the Hydraulic Cold Drawing Machine.
