CTC Transposition Wire Production Line

1. Introduction

The Automatic CTC Production Line, specifically the continuous transposed conductor (CTC) machine, is a core part of CTC Manufacturing Equipment for Dry-Type Transformer, mainly used to produce continuous transposed conductors for use in power transformer windings. Our Copper-Clad Aluminum CTC Production Line integrates advanced transposition and insulation technology, ensuring high-quality CTC products for dry-type transformers.

The Continuous Transposition Conductor (CTC) machine can achieve small side curves of flat conductors through precise mechanical actions of the transposition device, converting and repeating each other; Then combine the insulation paper with the insulation paper with the help of CTC Insulation Coating Machine, and finally remove it.

2. Characteristic

As a professional Automatic CTC Production Line, this equipment is equipped with a cage with a diameter of 3.2 meters, with 12 coils per cage. The main motor of the cage is driven by a servo motor (55KW), which improves the problem of weight loss and ensures the accuracy of the displacement pitch. The cage brake is also braked by a servo motor, greatly improving the maintenance and brake pad dust pollution caused by mechanical pneumatic brakes on the wires.

Constant pressure double push method action, with a displacement of 30-225mm, and a maximum frequency of 140-160 adjustments and exchanges per minute without gaps.

Servo motor speed regulation, PLC control, high-precision synchronous control transmission of various parts, recording self rectification, remote control diagnosis. These features make our CTC Manufacturing Equipment for Dry-Type Transformer more efficient and stable in production.

4mm ≤ thickness ≤ 70mm

5mm ≤ width ≤ 25mm
