2. Key Features

Rollers: Diameter 3-20mm, length-to-diameter ratio 1.2-2.0, hardness HRC 60-64, surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.08μm.

Precision: Regular grades P0/P6, precision models up to P5; radial clearance adjustable on demand.

3. Core Manufacturing Processes

Rollers: Bearing steel (SUJ2) undergoes cold heading → quenching → centerless grinding → superfinishing, with cylindricity ≤ 0.002mm.

Rings: Forging → turning → heat treatment → raceway grinding, with raceway straightness ≤ 0.003mm.

Assembly: Roller sorting → cage needle installation → clearance inspection to ensure rotational flexibility.

4. Usage Method

Installation: Inner ring hot-fitted (80-100℃), outer ring cold-pressed into bearing housing; fit tolerances: journal m6, housing bore H7.

Lubrication: Open-type bearings filled with lithium-based grease (1/3-1/2 of internal space), re-greased every 2000-4000 hours.

5. Application Scope

Covers motor spindles, machine tool feed shafts, automotive transmissions, fan bearing housings, etc., suitable for high-speed medium-heavy load scenarios.

6. Precautions

Axial loads are prohibited; use with thrust bearings if needed. Do not tap rings to avoid deformation.

Install protective covers in dusty environments; regularly check seal lip integrity for sealed models.

7. Packaging and Transportation

Individual Packaging: Plastic box + anti-rust paper; Bulk Packaging: Corrugated boxes with partitions, each ≤ 20kg.

Avoid stacking over 3 layers during transportation; store in dry warehouses with 12-month shelf life.
