How Hydraulic Press works:
Its core is to rely on the hydraulic system to generate strong pressure to achieve scrap copper compression molding, complete process is clear and the degree of automation can be flexibly adjusted.
Firstly, waste copper raw materials are put into a compression chamber of the equipment, after an operator starts the equipment through a control panel, an oil pump in a hydraulic system delivers hydraulic oil to an oil cylinder, a piston is pushed to drive a pressure head to apply pressure to the waste copper;
Then primary precompression, secondary compression and final compression are completed according to a preset program, and the pressure is maintained for 3 to 5 seconds after the set pressure is reached to ensure stable forming;
Finally, the pressure of the hydraulic system is released, and the formed package blocks are discharged by pushing and turning the package, so as to complete a working cycle.

Strong adaptability: the extrusion force covers more than 63 tons to 400 tons, the production efficiency is optional from 4 tons/shift to 40 tons/shift, the size of the compression chamber and the package block can be customized on demand, which can not only deal with fine copper scraps, but also compress large scrap copper scraps, and even be compatible with other metal scraps such as scrap steel and scrap aluminum.

Flexible operation and installation: support manual, automatic or PLC full-automatic control, discharge can choose to turn over the bag, push the bag and other ways; installation without foot screws, in the field without power supply can also be driven by diesel engine, adapt to different operating environments.
3. High stability and safety: The body is mostly welded with national standard steel plates, without welding pores, and often equipped with imported oil seals to prevent oil leakage. Some models of electrical appliances can be automatically closed in case of high-pressure rain, which can achieve automatic safety protection.
