1.High integration
This product is a typical core of LED Integrated Emergency Power Supply, integrating charging, inverter, control and battery into a compact space of 242*40*28 mm. This integrated design conforms to the definition of "self-contained emergency luminaires" in the European EN 60598-2-22 standard and meets the assessment requirements of Saudi SASO for the integration and safety of emergency lighting components. It greatly simplifies the terminal installation.
2. Wide voltage compatibility
The wide voltage input (AC 85~265V) ensures its stable adaptation to the global power grid and complies with the voltage fluctuation tolerance test of the US UL 924 standard. Its power range of 5-20W can flexibly match various LED light sources, which can be used as a Integrated Emergency Power Supply to drive high-brightness lamps or customized as a Led Reduce Power Output Emergency Power Supply for evacuation indication, with flexible applications.
3. Intelligent drive
The driver is equipped with an intelligent management system, which can precisely control the charging and discharging curves of the lithium battery (11.1V 2600mAh). It complies with the EU RoHS directive on the restriction of hazardous substances and meets the option requirements of IEC 62386 regarding digital addressable control interfaces, providing the possibility to achieve centralized monitoring functions required in the South American market (such as the Brazilian INMETRO certification system).
4. Long-lasting and reliable
The emergency lighting system with an Aluminum Alloy Casing Emergency Power Supply ensures excellent heat dissipation and electromagnetic shielding, guaranteeing the long-term stable operation of the core circuit. The IP30 protection prevents the intrusion of solid foreign objects and is suitable for rear-end environments such as ceiling installations. A 3-year warranty commitment, combined with a 90-180-minute adjustable emergency time, provides reliable protection for various building scenarios.
Application
1.Independent emergency lights for underground parking lots
On the scattered columns in the underground parking lot, install independent emergency lights with built-in drivers. Each lamp forms a self-contained system and works independently as a separate Led split emergency lighting power supply, without the need for complex wiring. Even if a local line is damaged, it does not affect the emergency function of other lamps, ensuring high reliability.
2. Wall-mounted lights for hotel guest corridors
Low-power emergency wall lights are often installed on the walls of hotel corridors. Using this driver as the core, it can achieve an aesthetically pleasing integrated design. In case of a fire, it can drive the lamps to work under the help of Full Power Output Emergency Power Supply, providing clear evacuation lighting for up to 180 minutes.
3. Indicative lighting for museum artifact display cabinets
The low-voltage LED light strips inside the museum display cabinets require concealed and safe emergency indication. This driver can be specially customized as a small-power Led Emergency power supply for Led strips, of which compact size can be hidden inside the cabinet, ensuring that the safety exit indication remains illuminated even in the event of a main power interruption.
1.Monthly Function Self-Check
Every month, the lamp self-check button should be triggered to check whether the driver can switch to the battery power mode normally and observe the status of the indicator lights. Confirm that the emergency startup time meets the design requirements and record any abnormal alarm information.
2. Battery maintenance
For lithium batteries that are in a floating charge state for a long time, it is recommended to perform a maintenance discharge once every six months. You can manually disconnect the main power supply, allowing the lamp to operate in emergency mode for about 30 minutes before resuming charging. This helps maintain the chemical activity of the battery and extend its service life.
3. Cleaning and Environmental Inspection
Regularly clean the dust on the heat dissipation surface of the drive and the interior of the lamp. Check whether the installation environment is well-ventilated and dry. Avoid keeping the drive in a high-temperature or humid environment for a long time to ensure that the heat dissipation advantage of the Led Aluminum Alloy Casing Emergency Power Supply can be fully utilized.
Installation
1.Pre-installation check
Before installation, verify that the input voltage of the drive matches the on-site main voltage (AC 85~265V). Check if the power of the LED light source is within the rated range of the drive (5-20W) to ensure it can operate stably as a matching LED full-power emergency lighting power supply .
2. Standardize electrical connection
The drive should be installed by a professional electrician. When connecting the input power line, ensure that L (hot wire), N (neutral wire), and grounding wire are correct and error-free. The connection between the output terminal and the LED light source must be firm, and the positive and negative poles should not be reversed. For the LED integrated emergency lighting power supply structure, ensure good overall insulation and fixation.
3. Verify after installation
After installation, it is necessary to conduct an electrical test. Simulate a main power failure and verify whether the drive can switch immediately and whether the LED light source can reach the rated brightness and maintain the nominal time (90-180 minutes). If it is an LED light strip emergency power supply, check that the entire light strip is uniformly illuminated with no dark areas.
