It is precision-machined by CNC, made of high-strength aluminum alloy, and treated with black hard anodization. It achieves a balance of lightweight design, structural rigidity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and low reflectivity, and is suitable for aiming systems, lighting/ranging accessories and related opto-mechanical components. Depends on this product's application, from material, machining to surface treatment, it has verious processing:

Material: 6061-T6 for Hunting aiming accessories and Tactical lighting / ranging module housing; 7075-T6 for High intensity / military, police or competitive grade. 17-4PH for Extremely durable and heavy in weight; Ti-6Al-4V for High-end customization with high cost.

Surface treatment: Hard Anodizing, Type III, film thickness is 25–50 μm, and color is Matte Black / Tactical Black. Appearance surface Ra ≤ 1.6 μm, Inner hole / surfaces related to optical mounting: Ra ≤ 0.8 μm.

Key precision and quality control points: Coaxiality ≤ 0.02 mm (core indicator), Roundness / Cylindricity ≤ 0.01–0.02 mm, Key fitting holes H7 / H8; Thread 6H (common M3 / M4 / UNC).
