Product Introduction
The crawler-type mobile screening plant is a type of mobile screening machine, which can be used independently or in combination with mobile crushing plants. Driven by a hydraulic-crawler drive system, it is a high-performance mobile stone screening equipment. It is suitable for the screening and separation of various materials including river pebbles, granite, construction waste, gangue, gneiss and pavement crushed stone, and can meet customers' mobile screening needs.
The vibrating screen, power system and hydraulic system of the crawler-type mobile screening plant are all fixed on the frame, with crawlers mounted at the bottom of the frame for self-propulsion. It is particularly suitable for operations such as short-term projects or the screening of dispersed materials.

Main Configurations
01 Feeding System
The crawler-type mobile screening plant is generally combined with a crawler-type mobile crushing plant to form an integrated mobile crushing and screening unit, connected by a belt conveyor in between. The feeding system consists of a hopper and a vibrating feeder, with a pre-screening hopper and a soil discharge belt conveyor at the bottom. These components can first separate soil from the raw materials before crushing is carried out.
02 Crushing System
The crushing system of the integrated mobile crushing and screening unit offers a wide range of configuration options. According to the properties of the materials to be crushed and the requirements for the types of finished materials, different types of crushing equipment such as jaw crushers, hammer crushers and cone crushers can be equipped. The crushed finished materials are conveyed to the mobile screening machine by a conveyor for screening and classification.
03 Screening System
The screen body of the mobile stone screening equipment is connected to the frame, and its rear end is connected to one end of a hydraulic cylinder. An over-screen belt conveyor is installed above the screen body, with one end connected to the discharge opening of the crusher and the other end to the head of the vibrating screen. A material distribution hopper is installed at the discharge position of the vibrating screen, which conveys the materials screened at each layer to the corresponding belt conveyors.
04 Power System
The travel power of the crawler-type mobile screening plant is supplied by its own diesel generator, while the working power can be connected to an external power supply, such as mains power or an external generator set, resulting in lower maintenance costs. Alternatively, the working power can be provided by a diesel generator, ensuring normal production even in the event of a power outage.
05 Conveying System
Conveying systems are installed at the material distribution hoppers below the vibrating screen respectively, which convey the aggregates of different specifications screened at each layer separately. During movement, the belt conveyors on both sides of the screen body can be folded onto the main body, and unfolded to the normal working position upon reaching the job site, making site relocation more convenient.
06 Control System
The crawler-type mobile screening plant adopts hydraulic control, and the hydraulic system is driven by the power system between the screening system and the base. The entire single unit can be transported as a whole, featuring easy disassembly and installation. No cranes or hoists are required on site; the equipment can be used immediately after power connection, enabling more convenient site relocation and more flexible operation.
