The DLGS Roller Screen is a heavy-duty industrial screening solution engineered for high-capacity coarse grain screening from 400 to 3,000 t/h. As a proven Roller Screen Mining Equipment, it is widely applied in mining, quarrying, construction waste processing, slag treatment, and soil & stone separation. The machine effectively handles wet, viscous, and sticky materials including mud & stone mix, coal gangue, and construction waste — applications where conventional vibrating screens struggle with blockage. Acting as a reliable Mud Stone Separator Machine, the DLGS series removes soil and clay-laden material efficiently thanks to its high-wetting-performance roller design. Its variable-speed frequency conversion motor allows operators to adjust screening speed in real time to match incoming material conditions. Built from high-quality alloy steel sieve pieces, the Roller Screen delivers excellent wear resistance and extended service life, reducing downtime and maintenance costs for demanding operations.

Process Flow
