This design specifically addresses the lighting coverage issues at the turning points of fire escape routes and on both sides of the safety exits, eliminating the shadow blind areas caused by a single light source and ensuring that every section of the evacuation path is clearly visible, thereby enhancing the overall guidance efficiency. 

2.Extremely long battery life

An internal high-capacity Ternary Lithium-ion Battery Pack (3.7V 3000mAh) with a built-in emergency lighting system, combined with an efficient energy-saving circuit, enables an extended emergency lighting duration of up to 6 hours. This provides far more than the standard safety redundancy for large buildings, complex labyrinthine corridors, or situations where rescue may be delayed, ensuring continuous evacuation lighting. 

3.High efficiency and energy saving

As a LED High Power Factor (PF) Emergency Light, its driving power supply adopts active power factor correction (PFC) technology. This not only reduces harmonic pollution to the power grid, complies with strict electromagnetic compatibility standards such as EU EN 61000-3-2, but also increases the power conversion efficiency to over 90%, enabling the maximum utilization of limited battery energy and supporting an extremely long battery life.

The shell is made of flame-retardant ABS + PC materials, which are impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant. It can withstand physical collisions and damp environments that may occur in the passage. The structural design fully considers long-term reliability, providing a basic guarantee for coping with the harsh initial environment during a sudden fire, ensuring that the lamp functions properly at critical moments.

Application

1.Underground garage fire escape route

Installed at the corner of the passage leading from the underground garage to the staircase. Its double-head lighting can simultaneously illuminate the direction of incoming vehicles and the passage leading to the exit, preventing collisions between vehicles and evacuating personnel due to unclear vision, and clearly indicating the location of the safety exit. 

2. Hospital floor evacuation corridors

The hospital corridors are complex with many turning points. By installing this light at the intersection of the corridors, the dual light sources can separately indicate the directions of different safe staircases, providing clear two-way visual guidance for patients and medical staff, and accelerating the decision-making speed for evacuation. 

3. Long straight passage in industrial buildings

In the long passage of the factory building, one lamp is installed at regular intervals. The double-head design enables the light to cover a wider range of the front and rear extension, reducing the number of lamp installations. In the presence of smoke, it can form a more continuous light band to guide people to evacuate.

 

Maintaining

1. Regular deep discharge tests

Given its 6-hour extended battery life feature, it is recommended to conduct a deep discharge test every two months. Simulate power outage and let the device operate for approximately 3-4 hours to fully activate the internal chemical substances of the battery, calibrate the battery capacity measurement, and truly test its sustainable capability under the current usage period.

2. Environmental adaptability maintenance

When installed in damp or dusty fire passages, it is necessary to regularly check the sealing performance of the lamp housing and the ventilation valve. Clean the optical cover with a dry cloth to ensure the light transmittance and maintain the protective efficiency and lighting effect of the LED Waterproof Emergency Light.

3. Data recording and warning

Establish a maintenance file and continuously record the starting voltage and termination time of each function test. When the actual battery life is continuously lower than 70% of the nominal value (6 hours) for two consecutive times, it should be judged that the LED Emergency Power Battery Pack has significantly aged and a replacement plan should be made.

Installation

1.Position-oriented planning

Before installation, it is necessary to precisely determine the position of the point and the direction of the lamp according to the channel direction. Usually, the two heads are aligned with the direction of the channel and the evacuation direction. They are installed on the wall or the side wall of the column to ensure that the light covers the core path and avoid the illumination direction being blocked by obstacles.

2. Standardize electrical connection

It must be constructed by professional electricians from the fire protection dedicated circuit. During wiring, strictly distinguish the lines to ensure reliable grounding. Fix the Led Emergency Driver module properly, the connection cables need to be reserved with an appropriate margin, and insulation and protection should be done well.

3. Function linkage verification

After installation, trigger the simulated fire alarm signal of this fire prevention zone or cut off the normal lighting main power. Verify whether all double-head lighting lamps start immediately and check whether the lighting direction and range of each lamp head reach the design expectations. Complete the final system acceptance.
