Multi-way valve refers to a multi-way combination valve composed of two or more reversing valves as the main body, and according to different working requirements plus auxiliary devices such as safety valves, one-way valves, and oil supplement valves.
The way of operating the spool of the reversing valve technology can be divided into manual, motorized, electromagnetic,
hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, pneumatic and so on. The reversing valve is a valve that uses the valve core to make relative
movement in the valve body hole to connect or cut off the oil circuit to change the direction of the oil flow. The multi-way
reversing valve is an integrated v alve composed of a number of single-way reversing valves, safety relief valves, one-way valves and supplementary valves. It has the advantages of compact structure and small pressure loss. The multi-way reversing valve control loop can control the movement of multiple actuators, and is mainly used for construction machinery, lifting and transportation machinery and other mobile machinery that requires centralized control of the movement of multiple actuators. The control mode is mostly manual control. When the working pressure is high, the pilot control of the pressure reducing valve is adopted.
Integral multi-way valve belongs to medium, high pressure and large flow directional valve. It has the characteristics of compact structure, reliable operation, low energy loss, good sealing performance and convenient maintenance.
Compared with ordinary multi-way valve, it has the following advantages:
1. The solid stem structure and high-strength valve body are not easy to deform, so the operating force is small (bench test 200N).
2. The temperature change is small, and it is more difficult to "stick the valve".
3. The diameter of the valve hole and stem is small, and the matching clearance is small, so the leakage is small, which is
beneficial to the control of the sinking amount of the host.
4. Special valve stem structure, good micro-movement, easy to realize proportional control. Independent structure of the oil supply valve, with large flow capacity and good oil supply performance.
5. Direct-acting overload valve with fast response speed and reliable overload protection of the system.
6. The wall of the pressure oil chamber is relatively thick, with high strength and not easy to split.

1. When dig or unload with a wheel loader bucket, manipulate the bucket lever, pull back or push forward, and the hydraulic oil from the working pump or confluence enters the back or front cavity of the bucket through the multi-way valve to make the bucket rotate. Turn the bucket up or down. Operate the boom lever, pull back or push forward, the hydraulic oil enters the lower cavity or upper cavity of the boom cylinder to raise or lower the boom and bucket.

2. When the external load exceeds the lifting or upturning capacity of the system, or the boom cylinder piston reaches the end of the cylinder (the bucket cylinder piston reaches the front end of the cylinder), and the system pressure rises to the
system set pressure, the pressure oil top opens safely, the valve overflows back to the hydraulic tank.

3. When the oil pressure in the back cavity of the rotating bucket exceeds the pressure of the overload valve in the back
cavity, the pressure oil opens the overload valve in the back cavity. That is, the cylinder is pulled out, and the pressure
oil is opened to overflow the overload valve of the front cavity.

Common multi-way valve actually has 3 safety valves: safety valves, front overload valves, and rear overload valves. The oil
pressure in the rear chamber of the bucket cylinder is first controlled by the rear chamber overload valve, and then is controlled by the safety valve together with the oil in the lower chamber of the boom, and the front chamber oil is controlled by the front chamber overload valve alone. Generally these three valve pressure values ​​are like this, (the pressure of the safety valve ≥ the pressure of the rear chamber) these 2 pressures cannot exceed 160 kg per square centimeter, and the pressure of the front chamber is lower than 180 kg.
