Customization 

• Appearance Customization: The color can be customized according to the requirements of the customers, besides that spraying, electroplating, and silk-screening may also be carried out. For instance, a special surface treatment for matte finish shell can be provided through UV spraying, and the film may be controlled at 30-50µ, with scratch resistance up to 3H.
• Customization of Size and Shape: Customization can be carried out in accordance with the inner structure of different kinds of electronic products, especially how they are attached. No matter it is a small-sized handheld product casing or a big-sized desktop product casing, they can all be produced exactly.
• Structural Customization: In view of the functional requirement of electronic products, structural customization is done, and some designs can be carried out, such as installing some holes, cards slot, heat dissipation hole and ribs in the structures. For example, for some electronic products which have strong heat generation, there may be many heat dissipation holes on the outer shell of the electronic products for heat dissipation.
