DF50 Integrated Manual Hydraulic Directional Control Valve

Our DF50 series medium-flow manual integrated hydraulic directional control valve is a highly reliable control component specifically designed for medium-duty hydraulic systems. It features a high-strength ductile iron valve body, integrally cast for excellent impact resistance and high-pressure performance. Suitable for open-center hydraulic circuits, it can be flexibly configured with 2-5 valve sections to meet the needs of multi-action coordinated control.

The valve features purely manual operation with a ball-bearing positioning and spring-return dual-mode control lever, providing smooth operation and precise switching. It includes a built-in adjustable main relief valve and a single-section make-up check valve, ensuring system overload protection and effectively preventing load rollback. The sealing system utilizes high-pressure resistant composite seals, significantly reducing leakage rates under high-pressure conditions.
