This product is a high precision centrifugal impeller, widely used in semiconductor vacuum systems, turbo compressors,dry vavuum pumps, and high speed fluid equipment, it is integrally machined and formed using a 5 axis linkage cnc machine tool,with an integrated structural design of blades and hub, ensuring excellent structural strength, aerodynamic performance, and dynamic balance characteristics, suitable for high speend and long term continuous operation conditions.

Our processing capacity included 5 axis cnc machining,integral forming of complex free-form surfaces, control of inner hole coaxiality and blade consistency,support for online inspection and full size inspection, the detailed tolerance as below:

Diameter tolerance	+-0.005mm
Position tolerance	<0.01mm
Dynamic balance grade	G2.5/G1.0
Roughness	Ra<=0.8μm
