This flange for UAV pod, we apply different surface treatment levels based on the applications scenario and environment, the kind of surface treatment as below:

Anodizing(regular/hard anodizing,black or natural color): enhances corrosion resistance and wear resistance, suitable for aluminum alloy parts.
Military-spec black spray painting/baking paint:eliminates reflection, meets tactical stealth requirements, and can be implemented according to MIL standard color codes.
Electroless nickel plating/black nickel plating:improves hardness and wear resistance, and enhances conductivity and shielding performance.
Passivation/phosphating/nitriding:suitable for stainless steel and alloy steel parts, enchancing corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
Customized services such as laser engraving, logo and part numbers can be provided according to customer requirements.

Provide various material solutions based on weight, stiffness, and operating environment:

• Aluminum alloys: 6061-T6, 6082-T6, 7075-T6 — lightweight with good machinability, suitable for drones and portable optoelectronic balls.

• Stainless steels: SUS304, SUS316L, 17-4PH — corrosion-resistant and high-strength, suitable for shipboard and harsh field environments.

• High-strength steels / alloy steels: 40Cr, 42CrMo, etc., which can be quenched and tempered or surface-hardened, used in scenarios with high load-bearing requirements.

• Titanium alloys (optional): TC4, etc., which balance light weight and high strength, used in high-end avionics and military projects.
