CNC turning as the main process + drilling / milling as auxiliary processes. Typical process route:

Bar stock cutting (aluminum/stainless steel / alloy steel)
One-time clamping of CNC lathe:Outer circle,multi-level steps,Inner hole (if any),Circular sealing groove.
Radial hole machining: Side stepping / Cross hole,CNC turning-milling combination is better
Hexagonal position machining: Turn-mill composite forming,or secondary milling
Deburring (especially at orifices and notches) and Surface treatment / Cleaning.
