LD-160 Cold Pilger Mill

The LD-160 Cold Pilger Mill is a precision cold rolling mill for cold working of large-diameter seamless steel pipes. It is suitable for cold rolling of carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel pipes.

The equipment employs a reciprocating cold rolling process, enabling diameter reduction, wall reduction, and precision forming of the tube blank. The rolled pipes exhibit high dimensional accuracy, uniform wall thickness, and excellent surface finish, meeting the requirements for high-precision large-diameter seamless steel pipe production.
