LG-90-H Tube Cold Rolling Machine

The LG-90-H Cold Rolling Mill is a two-roll, long-stroke cold rolling mill for tubes, employing a reciprocating cold rolling process. It is suitable for cold working of large-diameter tubes made of carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel.

The equipment features a rigid structure, stable and reliable operation, high rolling force, and large deformation per pass. It can achieve tube diameter reduction, wall reduction, and precision forming, resulting in finished products with high dimensional accuracy, uniform wall thickness, and smooth inner and outer surfaces.

This machine is easy to operate and maintain, allows for quick specification changes, and has a high yield.
