Terminals: Constructed from Brass C3602 rivet material. It features a nickel under-plating thickness of 60-100µ" (micro-inches), with the contact area treated with gold plating. This ensures low contact resistance and superior oxidation resistance.

Insulator: Made from PBT reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It meets the UL94V-0 flammability standard, offering an excellent balance of insulation performance and high-temperature resistance.

Seals: Utilizes FKM (Fluoroelastomer) O-rings, which provide exceptional resistance to oil, chemicals, and aging, ensuring the long-term reliability of the sealing effect.
