1. V-type folding asymmetric bin:
Both sides or one side of the bin are equipped with heavy duty compression wings driven by extra large bore hydraulic cylinders. Instead of a common lining plate, a microalloyed high-manganese steel plate with strong work hardening characteristics is adopted. The structure forms a V-shaped extrusion zone with gradual shrinkage in space, which is specially used to accommodate the distortion of scrap steel of large components.
2. Slider guide and automatic clearance compensation system:
The shearing table bears the alternating shearing load with high strength. Its guide rail adopts high-hardness composite copper-based solid lubrication slider, and is equipped with mechanical wedge type or hydraulic automatic centering compensation device. This ensures that the lateral offset of the main slider is locked in the micron range when thousands of tons of shear force react on the tool table, which fundamentally eliminates the "cylinder scoring" and "tool biting" caused by unbalanced load.
3. Large diameter logic cartridge high-pressure valve station:
The power source consists of a plurality of groups of constant-power variable plunger pumps which are connected in parallel. The core control adopts the large-diameter two-stage pilot control logic cartridge valve, which has a large cross-sectional area and extremely low flow resistance, aiming at reducing the pressure loss of the fluid along the way under high-frequency operation and minimizing the conversion rate of heat energy.
Core Physical Rheology and Fracture Mechanisms
1. Multi-axial progressive cold heading:
After the material enters the material box, the lateral pressure wing rotates downwards and inwards in an arc-shaped track. At this stage, the frame structure of the scrap bends, breaks, and overlaps. When the material box is closed, the rear axial material pushing head is pushed forward, the scrap steel is subjected to rigid constraints in the front, rear, left, right and lower directions in the closed material box, physical extrusion similar to cold heading is generated under the axial thrust, and the bulk specific gravity is instantly increased to form a high-density solid material column.
2. Elastic-plastic fracture of the shear interface:
When the material column steps to the knife edge, the pressing slide block moves vertically downward, and a very high anchoring force is applied to the front end of the material to prevent the material column from turning backwards during shearing. Subsequently, the upper scissor blade descends at a specific scissor angle.
-Initial extrusion: The cutting edge contacts the scrap steel, and local plastic indentation occurs on the metal surface.
-Shear crack propagation: As the blade descends, the shear stress in the metal exceeds its shear strength limit, and shear cracks occur simultaneously at the outside edge and the lower edge of the blade.
-Instantaneous fracture: Two cracks extend in opposite directions and butt joint inside the metal, the material is sheared and fractured instantaneously, and the material section slides down automatically due to gravity.
