The part has a large length, thin walls, and dense weight-reducing holes. During the high-removal CNC machining process, it is prone to stress release and deformation, which places extremely high requirements on the fixture support method and processing sequence. At the same time, the porous structure and complex end mounting interface require strict consistency between the hole positions, hole axes, and the assembly datum plane; even a slight deviation will affect the assembly accuracy. In addition, the thin-walled areas are prone to tool deflection and chatter marks, which put forward high requirements for tool path planning, cutting parameters, and finishing stability. It is a typical high-difficulty aerospace structural part machining scenario.

• Key installation plane flatness: recommended 0.05–0.10 mm

• Hole position degree (relative to datums A/B/C): recommended ⌀0.05–⌀0.15 mm

• Hole diameter (positioning/fitting holes): recommended H7/H8 or ±0.01–0.03 mm

• Hole axis perpendicularity (relative to surface A): recommended 0.05–0.10 mm/100mm

• Overall length from end to end: recommended ±0.05–0.20 mm (depending on assembly clearance requirements)

• Threaded holes: focus on controlling effective thread depth, coaxiality, and hole mouth chamfer to prevent seizure during assembly

4, Tool and Path Control (Avoiding Tool Letting and Chatter Marks)

5, Detecting closed loops (process control is more important than final inspection)
