Automatic Double-End Marking Tube Insertion Crimping Machine

This is our fully automatic double-end Wire Harness Tube Marking Machine, an integrated wire processing assembly machine specifically designed for processing tubes and wire harness harnesses. It's particularly suitable for industrial wire harness production, such as processes requiring both ends to be processed, including sleeving and crimping. Previously, each process required a separate machine, meaning each machine needed an operator, significantly increasing costs.

The equipment can automatically cut, strip, and crimp terminal crimping terminals on one end of the wire and automatically cut, strip, crimp terminals on the other end, insert code tubes, perform online laser marking and insert plastic shells.

This model includes an Automatic Wire Harness Taping Machine System. This machine automatically feeds, cuts, and installs the wire during the process, suitable for processing marking tubes in wire harness systems. This greatly reduces manual operation, lowers labor costs, minimizes errors, and supports high-volume wire cutting stripping production lines.
