Haijing HJ128S-PET – Injection Molding Machine Designed for PET Powder

Unlike general-purpose machines adapted for PET powder, the HJ128S-PET is engineered from the ground up to address the specific challenges of powder flow instability, bridging, and shear sensitivity. It features a dedicated 40mm screw with a 24:1 L/D ratio and 174 MPa injection pressure, ensuring stable plastication and consistent melt quality. The 1280 kN clamping unit offers a generous 410×410 mm tie-bar spacing, providing robust support for high mold temperatures and long hold times required for thin-wall PET products. Four independent heating zones (10.5 kW total) and a 150 L oil tank enhance temperature gradient control and thermal stability during continuous production. Ideal for PET preforms, clear packaging, and recycled powder applications.
