High Efficiency Gold Ore Production Line
8 month agoGold Ore Processing Production Line with Crushing Grinding and Flotation Extraction System
This gold ore processing production line is developed and manufactured by Zhongyu Dingli, integrating over 30 years of mining equipment expertise into a modular, intelligent, and eco-friendly system. The line covers the entire gold extraction chain — from raw ore crushing and grinding through beneficiation to final gold recovery — with scientific process layout and advanced technical support. The three-stage crushing system (JC160 jaw crusher, hydraulic cone crusher, and PCZ heavy hammer crusher) reduces raw ore with feed sizes up to 1020 mm to uniform particles ≤30 mm. Closed-circuit grinding with overflow ball mill and spiral classifier achieves -0.074 mm (200 mesh) accounting for over 80% and gold monomer dissociation above 85%. Beneficiation methods are flexibly configured according to ore type: flotation for sulfide gold-bearing ores achieving recovery rates above 90%, gravity separation for alluvial gold, and CIP/CIL or heap leaching for low-grade ores. Energy-saving motors and frequency conversion technology reduce energy consumption by 15%–20%, while tailings dry stacking enables recycling and minimizes environmental impact.

Process Flow
Raw gold ore is fed into the JC160 jaw crusher for coarse crushing, reducing feed sizes up to 1020 mm to intermediate particles. The hydraulic cone crusher and PCZ heavy hammer crusher perform medium and fine crushing in sequence, producing uniform particles ≤30 mm that are classified by YK vibrating screens. Qualified crushed ore enters the closed-circuit grinding system consisting of an overflow ball mill and spiral classifier, which grinds material to -0.074 mm (200 mesh) exceeding 80% with gold monomer dissociation above 85%. Ground ore then proceeds to the beneficiation stage: sulfide gold-bearing ores are processed through SF/KYF flotation machines achieving over 90% recovery; alluvial gold ores undergo gravity separation via jiggers, shaking tables, and spiral chutes; low-grade ores are treated by CIP, CIL, or heap leaching processes. Gold concentrate or bullion is extracted as the final product. Throughout the line, closed belt conveyors prevent dust escape, pulse bag dust collectors capture airborne particles, and tailings are processed via dry stacking for environmental compliance.

FAQ
Q1: How does the modular design accommodate different gold ore types and capacities?
The production line is composed of independently functional modules — crushing, grinding, beneficiation, and extraction — each configurable according to ore type and processing volume. For sulfide gold ores, the flotation module is prioritized; for alluvial gold, the gravity separation module is deployed; for low-grade ores, CIP/CIL or heap leaching modules are integrated. Capacity scaling from 10 t/d to 5,000 t/d is achieved by adjusting the number and size of equipment units within each module without redesigning the entire process flow.
Q2: What advantages does the closed-circuit grinding system provide for gold recovery?
The overflow ball mill and spiral classifier form a closed loop that continuously returns oversized particles to the mill for regrinding until they reach the target fineness of -0.074 mm (200 mesh). This ensures over 80% of ground material meets the required particle size and gold monomer dissociation exceeds 85%, which directly increases the proportion of liberated gold particles available for beneficiation — a critical factor in achieving recovery rates above 90%.
Q3: How does the tailings dry stacking technology support sustainable gold mining?
Traditional wet tailings disposal requires large impoundments and poses environmental risks. Dry stacking filters tailings slurry to produce stackable solid residue with low moisture content, eliminating the need for tailings dams. The filtered water is recycled back into the processing circuit, reducing fresh water consumption. This technology enables tailings to be safely stored, reclaimed, or even repurposed as construction material, aligning the gold mining operation with global green development standards.
