HJ278S-PET is a dedicated Haijing machine for PET preforms, food packaging, and medical parts. With 2780 kN clamping force and 1100g injection weight, it excels in medium-to-large PET part production, balancing stability, efficiency, and cost.

580×580 mm tie-bar spacing, 195–600 mm mold height, 520 mm opening stroke, and 8+1 ejectors support diverse molds and complex parts, maximizing flexibility.

29.0 kW servo motor delivers precise control, cutting energy use vs. fixed-pump machines, reducing heat, and extending component life for lower long-term costs.

4. Reliable, Heavy-Duty Build

High-strength cast iron frame ensures stable continuous operation. Standard SR10 nozzle and optimized hydraulics minimize flash and defects, boosting yield rates.
