Equipped with non-return-ring-free low-shear anti-corrosion bimetallic screw and segmented forced air cooling temperature control system, it strictly locks the narrow processing temperature range to prevent UPVC material decomposition and yellowing. Upgraded high-torque plasticizing power perfectly matches the high viscosity and poor fluidity of UPVC raw materials, while reinforced clamping structure effectively avoids mold swelling deformation. The servo closed-loop pressure control ensures complete filling of multi-cavity elbows, tees and valve parts with no short shots. It greatly extends the service life of screw and barrel, cuts waste rate and downtime for mold cleaning, reduces long-term power consumption, and delivers a targeted molding solution for mass production of UPVC pipeline and electrical wiring accessories.
