HJ208S-UPVC is a 98-ton servo injection molding machine exclusively customized for UPVC materials. It features clamping force of 980KN and only 3 tons overall weight, which occupies little workshop space and fits perfectly for small molding factories and mold sampling.

Equipped with a Φ32 low-shear UPVC screw with L/D ratio 17.5, it lowers shear heat to avoid thermal decomposition and scorching of PVC materials. It delivers theoretical injection volume of 138cm³ and PS injection weight of 178g with max injection pressure 239MPa, offering steady and mild injection force ideal for mini PVC connectors and small anti-corrosion plastic fittings.

With tie bar spacing 360×360mm, it supports molds within 50~300mm height and maximum opening stroke 320mm. The 100mm ejection stroke and 34KN ejection force ensure clean demolding without damaging finished tiny parts.

Powered by a 12kW servo motor and hydraulic system with 17.5MPa rated pressure, 3 independent heating zones realize accurate temperature control, while a 135L oil tank ensures stable heat dissipation. With advantages of low power consumption, low noise and high molding consistency, this machine is suitable for both new product trial molding and continuous mass production of small UPVC plastic parts.
