By integrating a precision damper with a versatile mounting design, our push-to-open door latch delivers a smooth, controlled, bounceless and quiet opening experience for handleless cabinet hardware.

1. Soft-Release Buffer Mechanism

Upon press activation, the built-in damper ensures that the push rod ejects smoothly and at a constant speed, allowing a smooth and steady extension. This helps minimize popping noises, reduce secondary door bounce-back, and lower mechanical impact on the cabinet frame.

2. Versatile Surface & Embedded Mounting

Equipped with a positioning baseplate, this unit allows straightforward surface mounting on cabinet sidewalls, top panels, or bottom panels without deep hole drilling. Alternatively, the main body can be detached from the baseplate for standard embedded installation.

3. Precision Door Gap Adjustment

By rotating the rebounder head, users can fine-tune the depth up to 6 mm to help compensate for installation tolerances and manage door gap alignment:

• Surface Mount Mode: Minimum achievable door gap of 1.8 mm.
• Press-in Embedded Mode: Minimum achievable door gap of 2.6 mm.

Available in 35N for standard doors and 45N for heavier or taller doors, providing precise and reliable activation for doors of different weights and sizes.

The product has passed 150,000-cycle durability testing. High-strength POM/PA materials and a precision damping structure provide excellent wear resistance and impact absorption, ensuring smooth operation and long-term reliability.
