Metal Baler (also known as Metal Baler Machine, Steel Baling Machine) is the core equipment of scrap metal recycling and smelting industry, which mainly uses the strong pressure generated by the hydraulic system to extrude loose scrap steel, scrap iron, copper and aluminum scraps, wood shavings, light and thin materials into dense regular baling blocks, so as to achieve the goal of volume reduction, cost reduction, efficient storage, transportation and recycling.

Core working principle

-Loading: Put the scrap metal into the closed bin. Pre-pressing: the side oil cylinder is pressed from the side to remove the air, and the initial shaping is carried out.

-Main pressure: the main oil cylinder (horizontal/vertical) is extruded under high pressure to form a dense mass (density up to 1.8 ~ 2.5 t/m ³).

-Unpacking: pushing out the finished package block through a package turning and pushing mechanism.

The whole process is intelligently controlled by PLC and supports automatic/manual mode.
