This is an aluminum alloy transmission system housing, typically a gearbox housing / reducer housing / new energy electric drive integrated housing. This component is an aluminum alloy high-pressure die-cast (HPDC) transmission housing. It achieves one-step forming of complex internal cavities and reinforcing structures through High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) process. Subsequently, precision CNC machining is performed on the bearing bores, sealing surfaces, and assembly interfaces to ensure compliance with the requirements for strength, precision, and batch consistency in new energy and industrial transmission systems.

The transmission housing adopts high-strength aluminum alloy as the core material, which integrates lightweight properties, excellent mechanical strength and good die-casting formability, effectively meeting the dual requirements of weight reduction and load-bearing capacity for components in new energy and industrial transmission systems. For post-processing technology, after die-casting and CNC precision machining, a surface treatment process (such as anodizing or chemical conversion coating) is implemented to enhance corrosion resistance and surface hardness of the component. Meanwhile, deburring and edge trimming are carried out to ensure the safety of assembly and the integrity of the component structure. The combination of high-quality material and scientific post-processing ensures the long-term reliability and service life of the transmission housing in harsh working environments.
