Hydraulic breaker (also called hydraulic hammer) is a type of construction machinery that is mounted on excavators, backhoes, skid steers, mini-excavators, and stationary plants. Driven by hydraulic power it breaks rocks into smaller sizes or demolishes concrete structures into manageable pieces.

According to the difference of the hydraulic breaker structure, we mainly categorize it as side type breaker (side mounted breaker), top type breaker (top mounted breaker) and silence type breaker (box type).

In the demolition application, the side type breaker (side mounted hydraulic breaker) is more flexible to reach different condition project like road demolition and construction breaking.

(1) The raw materials are made of high-quality forged steel. Cylinder block and piston are cryogenically treated after heat treatment, which greatly improves the strength and wear resistance of cylinder block and piston, and reduces the probability of strain.
⑵, the use of new machining equipment and advanced processing technology to ensure the quality of parts. Cylinder block grinding adopts CNC vertical grinding machine to ensure the coaxiality of the cylinder block and reduce the probability of strain during the working process.
⑶. All accessories are made of the best materials, and the reversing valve is imported, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost in the later period and improves the work efficiency and stability.
⑷, the main components through the three-coordinate test, all qualified before the host assembly.
After the assembly is completed, the blowing experiment is carried out, and whether it is qualified or not can be strictly checked before leaving the factory.
