Medical Tips

Humerus greater tuberosity fracture is common clinically, mostly in middle-aged men, the incidence of about 20% of the proximal humerus fracture, often due to shoulder dislocation or instantaneous high energy external force, about 10%-30% of the anterior dislocation of shoulder joint patients with greater tuberosity fracture or accompanied by rotator cuff injury. Common in elderly patients, only 2mm fracture displacement can significantly increase the force required for joint abduction. If not treated in time, the acromial impingement sign and rotator cuff dysfunction are likely to be left in the later stage, so early diagnosis and treatment is particularly important.
