Are you ready to create your own custom 7 day chakra candle?
Set up your work space with our 7 Day DIY candle making kit.
You need to put a pot and a small metal pitcher to melt the wax in the kitchen. (not included in this kit).
1. Fill the pot with water and place it on the stovetop. Turn the burner to medium-high heat.
2. Meanwhile, Fill the small metal pitcher with wax.
3. Once the water in the pot is boiling, place the wax filled metal pitcher in the pot. This creates a double boiler and allows the wax to melt safely.
Note: Never put your metal pitcher directly on the flame. CAUTION!! Metal pitcher will be extremely hot. Always handle hot metal with an oven mitt or thick towel.
4. Remove the protective paper on one side of the adhesive label, and then press it on the bottom of the wick. Then, remove the other side of the protective paper and use a metal spoon to firmly press the center of the wax seven days cup . Gently straighten the wick.
5. Slide wick bar onto wick through the small hole in the center of the wick bar.
Watch out for your wax! After the wax is completely melted, remove it from the fire. Pour 70ml into the measuring cup, add the color chips and stir well.Fill the stained wax in the measuring cup into the seven-day wax cup.
Tip: Don't spill wax on the cup.
Note: Give it stir with the stirring stick,while the wax is melting, Caution!! Handle hot metal with an oven mitt or thick towel.
6. After pouring, gently center the wick and wick bar to the center of the tin before letting it cool.
Tip: Pour slowly to prevent bubbles and spills.
7. When the wax starts to cool, put the rosemary petals and obsidian in, but it hasn't hardened yet. In this way, the petals will stay on the surface of the candle.
8. Repeat the process from the first step to the eighth step until the remaining six colors have been filled.
9. Allow your candle to cool for 24 hours before lighting. Trim your candle wick to 1/4 inch. Also, make sure to use the included candle burning label.
