Our company has designed and manufactured a fully automatic one-click flash splicing measuring instrument for the detection of multi-sized large two-dimensional workpieces. This one-button fast special measuring equipment has a large measurement stroke, fast detection efficiency and high detection accuracy. We have equipped it with various image measurement modules to meet the measurement requirements of different workpieces.
The equipment consists of a high-precision control system and image detection modules. The motion control system uses imported servo motors, grinding grade ball screws, and high-resolution grating rulers with high positioning accuracy and low noise. The image detection module uses high-resolution cameras, an automatic zoom lens, a multi-angle circular light source, and an LED distant core cold light source.
It can detect two-dimensional plane sizes of different workpiece contours, points, lines, circles, arcs, distances, and more. This device also contains an expansion module to accommodate any additional requirements.
