Adopting servo-driven winding technology, it supports customized winding diameter (Φ200-1500mm) and pipe length specifications (up to 3000 meters), and realizes parameter setting through human-machine interface to ensure the regularity of pipe winding and the optimization of space utilization.

Dynamic tension control：

Equipped with digital torque sensor and closed-loop feedback system, it monitors the tension range of 0.5-20N·m in real time to effectively avoid distortion of pipe body. The specially designed buffer guide wheel group can absorb stress fluctuations of ±5% to ensure the structural integrity of thin-walled pipes.

Intelligent integration of production lines：

Optional automatic reel-changing robot arm module can be used to achieve 72 hours of continuous operation. Connect with the MES system through the industrial bus interface (Modbus TCP/Profinet), upload production data in real time, and build a digital pipe production traceability system.

Multi-scenario adaptation solution：

The modular structure design supports rapid changeover (CT<15min), equipped with a hydraulic lifting platform (load 2T) and a universal adjustment bracket, compatible with multiple winding modes such as flat winding, oblique row, and stacking, to meet the needs of different application scenarios such as building water supply and drainage pipes and cable sheath pipes.
