This precision pipe winding equipment is designed for efficient winding process of plastic pipes. It realizes accurate winding and standardized arrangement of pipes through intelligent control system, and provides full-process winding management solution for modern plastic pipe extrusion or Plastic Profile Extruder lines. The system integrates the technical standards of Industry 4.0 and is suitable for the automated processing of various polymer pipes such as PVC, PE, PP-R, etc.

Intelligent winding management：
Adopting servo-driven Plastic Pipe Coiler Machine technology, it supports customized winding diameter (Φ200-1500mm) and pipe length specifications (up to 3000 meters), and realizes parameter setting through human-machine interface to ensure the regularity of pipe winding and the optimization of space utilization.

Dynamic tension control：
Equipped with digital torque sensor and closed-loop feedback system, it monitors the tension range of 0.5-20N·m in real time to effectively avoid distortion of pipe body from plastic pipe extrusion or Plastic Profile Extruder. The specially designed buffer guide wheel group can absorb stress fluctuations of ±5% to ensure the structural integrity of thin-walled pipes.

Intelligent integration of production lines：
Optional automatic reel-changing robot arm module enables 72 hours of continuous operation downstream of plastic pipe extrusion or Plastic Profile Extruder. Connect with the MES system through the industrial bus interface (Modbus TCP/Profinet), upload production data in real time, and build a digital pipe production traceability system.

Multi-scenario adaptation solution：
The modular structure design supports rapid changeover (CT<15min), equipped with a hydraulic lifting platform (load 2T) and a universal adjustment bracket, compatible with multiple winding modes such as flat winding, oblique row, and stacking, to meet the needs of different application scenarios such as building water supply and drainage pipes and cable sheath pipes from plastic pipe extrusion or Plastic Profile Extruder.

This industrial-grade Plastic Pipe Coiler Machine has passed the ISO 9001:2015 quality system certification and is equipped with a three-level safety protection mechanism (mechanical baffle + photoelectric sensor + emergency stop circuit). While improving the efficiency of warehousing and logistics by 40%, it reduces the surface scratch rate of pipes to less than 0.3%. It is suitable for the automation upgrade needs of pipe manufacturing, municipal engineering, agricultural irrigation systems and other fields.
