Ceramic covered roller is a kind of cold vulcanisation covering of roller, the covered roller can improve the running condition of the conveyor system effectively, protect the metal roller from wear and tear, and enhance the operation at the same time.

Advantages of the product

The unique groove design of ceramic rubber plate makes the drum have self-cleaning performance, even if the drum can run stably in wet, muddy and other complex environments, and it is suitable for high abrasion and easy to slip materials.
The backside of the ceramic rubber plate has its own semi-sulphide CN layer, which is free of sanding and saves time and labour. When in use, it has a strong chemical reaction with the cold adhesive we produce, which makes the adhesion extremely strong and not easy to fall off.
The surface of each small ceramic piece inlaid on the ceramic adhesive plate has spherical bumps, which can effectively increase the friction of the adhesive plate, prevent the equipment from slipping, and improve the efficiency of equipment operation.
The ceramic rubber plate adopts the design of combining ceramic and rubber plate, which substantially increases the wear resistance of the rubber plate, which is more wear-resistant than ordinary wear-resistant rubber plate, and effectively protects the drum from abrasion.
