Product Introduction

Ceramic liners are specially designed for high abrasion and high impact working conditions. It is particularly resistant to abrasive environments with high speed materials. The rubber module absorbs the impact energy, and the ceramic block vulcanized on the rubber provides anti-wear protection for the surface. The bottom steel plate is equipped with high-strength bolts for easy and quick installation.

Ceramic Liner Features

3-in-1 wear-resistant ceramic liners are produced and assembled in a modular fashion, allowing for the replacement of high wear areas.
Provide double head bolt fixing and weldable mounting.
The special rubber vulcanization process not only ensures that the ceramic blocks embedded in the rubber layer are firmly bonded, but also acts as a buffer layer to prevent the ceramic blocks from rupturing.
The shape, size and thickness of the ceramic blocks or liners can be customized according to your needs.
