The 3-in-1 impact resistant ceramic liner is a high performance wear resistant liner for hopper and silo applications. This liner significantly improves the service life and operational efficiency of hoppers and silos due to its excellent wear resistance and high impact resistance.

The 3-in-1 ceramic liner consists of three parts: wear-resistant ceramic, rubber and a steel substrate. The wear-resistant ceramic forms the wear layer of the liner, which has excellent wear and corrosion resistance, the rubber layer enhances the impact resistance of the liner due to the toughness of the rubber, and the steel substrate serves as the support and protection layer, ensuring the stability and easy installation of the liner as a whole.

Three-in-one wear-resistant ceramic liner is widely used in metallurgy, mining, electric power, cement, chemical industry and other industries in a variety of equipment.

1.Harbor industry
