Product Introduction

Ceramic rubber steel plate three-in-one composite liner is a hot vulcanization process, the toughened ceramic sheet is vulcanized in the steel plate groove equipped with special rubber, the steel plate groove with countersunk head bolts. This liner is a customized product, which can be made into various shapes, and according to the wear conditions, various thicknesses of composite materials can be selected to make the liner, forming a solid wear resistant layer.

Product Characteristics

Ceramic rubber steel plate is vulcanized as a whole, the combination is very strong; each piece of ceramic has a penetrating bolt through the bottom steel plate, which is firmly welded, double insurance.
The whole liner is supplied, which is easy to replace and install, and reduces after sales service.
Superior abrasion resistance greatly reduces the frequency of maintenance and saves cost and labor.
Good performance of high temperature resistance, can work in the temperature of -50℃-100℃ for a long time.
