HAIJING HJ208S-PET is a large-tonnage servo injection molding machine dedicated to PET powder processing. Equipped with a 50mm custom screw (L/D=24), it features a 494cm³ large injection chamber, 249g/s fast injection speed and 176MPa steady injection pressure, eliminating melt stringing and thermal degradation for large preforms and multi-cavity PET packages.

Boasting 2080KN clamping force and a wide 510×510mm tie-bar space, it fits molds with thickness from 180mm to 550mm. The 150mm extended ejector stroke and 49KN ejector force guarantee distortion-free demolding of deep-cavity products. Powered by a 28.3kW main servo motor and 20.4kW built-in servo pump with 5-section precise heating, this 6-ton machine with a 200L oil tank maintains stable hydraulic pressure for round-the-clock mass production with high precision and low energy consumption.
