Through the rubber coating treatment of the pulley, it can improve the operating effect of the pulley in the complex industrial and mining environment, and at the same time, protect the metal pulley from abrasion and prolong its service life.

As a high-performance material, ceramic rubber sheet perfectly combines the high hardness of ceramic with the elasticity of rubber, which gives the ceramic rubber sheet extremely high abrasion resistance and impact resistance, and also improves the operating efficiency and stability of the transport system in actual use.

1. We use 95 alumina corundum ceramic material, which has extremely high hardness and abrasion resistance, and can withstand the wear and tear during the material conveying process.

2. The use of special rubber material not only enhances the overall strength of the rubber plate, but also makes the rubber plate more resistant to impact.

3. The design of adding half vulcanised CN layer on the back side, together with the cold adhesive we produce, can greatly improve the bonding firmness between the rubber sheet and the roller, reducing the problems caused by the weak bonding.

4. High product quality, the tensile strength of the rubber of our ceramic rubber sheet is higher than the standard strength, and the peel strength of the cold adhesive coating layer and the metal roller is also far beyond the standard strength.
