Working Principle：

1. Feeding: Usually the collected waste aluminum chips are transported to the feed port of the briqeutting press manually or with the help of a conveyor. The feeding process must ensure that the aluminum chips are evenly supplied to avoid feeding too fast or too slow to affect the pressing effect.

2. Pressing: When the waste aluminum chips enter the mold cavity of the briqeutting press, the pressure system starts to work. Generally, the hydraulic system provides strong pressure, and the piston is pushed by the hydraulic cylinder to apply huge pressure to the aluminum chips in the mold cavity. Under the action of pressure, the distance between the aluminum chip particles continues to shrink, and the air is squeezed out, gradually forming a tight briqeutte structure.
