Introduction:

Car baler is also known as car press or hydraulic car shell compacting machine, designed for recycling scrapped cars, commercial vehicles and other models of the shell design. Scrapped vehicles, after the removal of high value or secondary use of the engine, engine and other parts, the remaining car shell volume is large, recycling is more difficult, so these metal shells can be compressed into a package through the car baler, which greatly reduces the area of these vehicle shells.Hydraulic Press

Automotive balers usually consist of large hydraulic cylinders mounted on a strong frame. It is designed to apply enormous force to the car shell, effectively crushing them and reducing the volume of the car shell. Through this compression packing process helps to maximize storage space and minimize shipping costs by reducing the volume of the car's shell.

Operation process:

1. Pre-preparation of scrapped cars: Before being put into the car baler, some pre-treatment of scrapped vehicles is needed, complete scrapped cars can not be directly put into the baler, the following parts need to be removed, such as fuel, oil and coolant, in addition to valuable parts, hazardous materials and non-metallic parts are dismantled and recycled.

2. Feeding: The treated vehicle is placed in the compression chamber (that is, the feeding box) of the car baler. For feeding, we usually use a grab to pick up the scrapped vehicle and put it into the bin.Car Hydraulic Press

3. Compression packing: Once the end-of-life vehicle is properly positioned in the feed box, the baler will be activated, thereby exerting a strong force on the vehicle. The baler flattens and compresses the end-of-life vehicle to a metal bale of a set size. The amount of compression force depends on the unique design of the baler and the size of the tonnage.
