Brass Press Briquettes Making Machine Metal Press

Brass chip cake machine is a kind of equipment that processes brass chips into cakes through pressure. It is mainly used in brass processing and recycling industries to compact loose brass chips for storage, transportation and subsequent smelting and other processing operations.

Working principle:

The equipment mainly provides strong pressure through hydraulic system or mechanical pressure system. When the brass chips are placed in the material chamber of the machine, the pressure system starts and squeezes the brass chips through the pressure head or piston. The hydraulic system works by using a hydraulic pump to pressurize the hydraulic oil, and then delivers the high-pressure oil to the hydraulic cylinder to drive the piston to move and generate pressure;

The mechanical pressure system usually drives the mechanical structure such as the screw or crankshaft through a motor to convert the rotational motion into linear motion, thereby generating pressure. Under the action of pressure, the gaps between the particles of the brass chips gradually decrease, and are finally pressed into a tight cake shape.
