    Metal Briquetting Press is mainly used to cast iron chips, steel chips, copper chips, aluminum chips, high-quality mineral powder and other metal raw materials through high pressure direct cold pressing into 3-6 kg of cylindrical or other shapes of briquettes, in order to facilitate storage and transportation and reduce the recycling process of transportation, smelting loss. 

 

1. Main machine: composed of frame, main hydraulic cylinder, push hydraulic cylinder, bottom hydraulic cylinder, supporting mold frame and die, press and so on. The frame part is composed of upper and lower beams and columns. The upper and lower beams are all made of monolithic steel castings. The upper and lower beams are connected by four columns with internal and external nuts to withstand the tension during work. The main hydraulic cylinder eliminates casting steel parts, eliminates safety risks, and ensures the service life and safety of the equipment. The professional design and superior processing ability of the supporting mold frame, mold and press are the guarantee of the excellent taste of the equipment. The die and press punches are equipped with a fast replaceable high strength wear-resistant steel, model LINDUR. The front end of the punches is equipped with a wear-resistant punch press ring for easy removal and installation, thus extending their service life. The relevant parts are specially hardened or forged where necessary.

2. Hydraulic station: Consists of a motor, hydraulic pump, pump protection device, professional control valve block and pipe system for connecting the block press. The design is reasonable, the quality is stable, and the cooling system is equipped to avoid the continuous work of the equipment due to overheating of the oil temperature.

3. Console: Consists of electrical system and PLC control system. Equipped with adjustable text display, the action sequence and each action time are fully controlled by PLC system, and can be adjusted by the operator at any time, convenient and easy to understand.
