Overview:

Metal crocodile hydraulic shear, i.e. crocodile shear, is a hydraulically driven metal shearing equipment, named for its structural principle similar to the upper and lower jaws of a crocodile.

Working principle of Metal Guillotine Machine:

Metal crocodile hydraulic shear consists of a shear cylinder, shear knife, slider press fit knife, lower knife seat, press fit cylinder and so on. Cutting operation, the hydraulic pump station as a power source, first to the pressure cylinder oil supply, so that the slider press knife pushed to the lower knife seat to complete the fixed material compression, and then to the shear cylinder oil supply to make the shear knife down to complete the shear steps. After the shear is completed, the hydraulic pump station drives the shear cylinder and press cylinder to return the hydraulic oil successively to complete the return movement.

Features of Aligator Shear:

1. Power and performance advantages: the use of hydraulic transmission, compared with the mechanical transmission type shearing machine, has a small size, light weight, low inertia, low noise, smooth movement, easy to operate, flexible, large shear section, easy to adjust the scissors mouth, etc., the operation of the use of safe and easy to achieve overload protection.

2. Various shearing capacity: the length of working cutter is 400mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, etc., and the shearing force is from 63 tonnes to 400 tonnes in total 8 grades, which can satisfy different shearing needs.

3. Flexible installation and power selection: no foot screws are required for installation, and diesel engine can be used as power in places without power supply.

4. Convenience of operation: with manual and automatic functions, the shear mouth can cut and stop at any position during the working process, and the size of the shear mouth can be controlled arbitrarily according to the size of the material to be sheared in order to achieve high working efficiency.

Scope of application of Metal Cutting Shears:

1. Metal recycling industry: it is suitable for metal recycling companies to carry out cold shearing on various shapes of steel profiles and all kinds of metal structures, and process the scrap metal into smaller pieces for subsequent transport and reprocessing.

2. Scrap Steel Processing: It can be used by scrap mills to shear scrap steel and process it into qualified furnace material.

3. Smelting and casting enterprise: It is used to shear the metal scrap into suitable size so as to put it into the furnace for smelting and casting.

4. Scrapped car dismantling: shears with a cutter of 700mm or more are especially suitable for shearing scrapped cars.
