Structure composition of Metal Shear:

2. A shearing mechanism, which comprises a lower blade arranged on the main cutter holder and an upper blade arranged at the bottom of the discharge port of the upper box body, wherein the rear end of the main cutter holder is connected with a piston rod of the main oil cylinder, and the shearing action is realized through the pushing of the main oil cylinder.
3. Hydraulic system: It is composed of motor, hydraulic pump, control valve block and connecting pipeline to provide power for the equipment and ensure the smooth progress of shearing and pushing.
4. Power system: It supports the single or hybrid drive mode of engine and motor to meet the needs of different operation scenarios.
How Metal Shear works:
The waste enters the box body from a feed hopper at the top, a material pushing cylinder pushes a material pushing head to tightly press the waste on the inner wall of the upper box body, then a main oil cylinder pushes a main tool apron arranged at the top end of a piston rod, a lower blade on the main tool apron and an upper blade at the bottom of a discharge hole of the upper box body form a shearing cutting edge together to cut off the waste, the main oil cylinder continues to push the main tool apron to push out small pieces of waste from the discharge hole, And then that material pus oil cylinder and the main oil cylinder are retracted to the initial position to complete a shearing action.
